Finding the right team for the job is not an easy task. Often we face misunderstandings, transfer responsibilities, and have compatibility issues with other professions, leading to unprofessional work that entails delays and costs for all involved.
EPIK does all the hard work for you. Our full team oversees the project from start to finish, ensuring good communication, consistency and smooth workflow throughout the project.
We have our own Design Team.
The stress of serving as the middleman between your contractor and architect, who work for different companies, can affect both your project and you. During the phases of planning, design, and building, there is a great deal of back and forth if they are not on the same team. Our in house team of Architects and Interior Designers allows you to have more time to devote to your building project's design.
We have our own Cabinet Shop.
We have all experienced factory delays and unpredictable timelines. Many general contractors are forced to subcontract milling operations and have no control over production timelines. EPIK operates a dedicated millwork facility. Our shop and design services help speed up the process and maintain control and consistency. This reduces costs and time, and eliminates the headache of coordinating with additional trades.

Search engine to look for 5 star rated trades does not guarantee you professional service and expertise. Any type of trade can be listed whether their experience, or quality of work is good or not. Reviews, and paper work are what we often fall our trust upon to make our decisions on choosing the team to work with, but can they be trusted?
